The management team is qualified, accessible and accountable for the services provided. The Services provided by the Company are monitored day and night by a team of Supervising Officers. Felix A. Perumal - Founder & Chairman

Felix has a distinguished record of service with the Sri Lanka Police Department spanning 19 years. At the time he left the Police in 1973 to start Vigilant Security, he held the rank of Inspector. Now in addition to his years with the Police department he counts over 35 years experience in Industrial Security and Private Investigations.

Felix is a member of World Association of Detectives (WAD), charter member  and Fellow of the Industrial Security Foundation (ISF), Sri Lanka, and President of Sri Lanka Security Service Providers Association (SLASSPA) 2007-2009.

Mario Perumal – Managing Director

Mario holds a MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Sri Jayewardenapura University and a  BSc in Business & Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University, USA. He counts 15 years experience in Industrial & Commercial security. During this period he has gained experience in designing & integrating security systems. He is a Member of Industrial Security Foundation (ISF), Sri Lanka, and American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).

Trevor Koelmeyer - Manager Operations

Trevor counts 15 years experience in Industrial & Commercial Security. He joined Vigilant in 2008 in the current position. This is his second stint at Vigilant, having previously held positions of Regional Officer and Area Manager prior to joining Ceylinco Cisco Security as Assistant Branch Manager. He has followed many security related courses to enhance his knowledge.

Major Kasup Walgama (Retired) - Manager Training

After having served in the Sri Lanka Army for 23 years as a decorated officer, Kasup joined Vigilant in August 2009. Officer Commanding Recruit Training Wing Infantry Training Centre, Operation & Training Officer 4th Gemunu Watch, & Chief Instructor Combat Training School Ampara are among the many career postitions he has held over the years.
