All salary payments are made on or before the Wages Board specified dates.

Applicants undergo a two step interview process (three for supervisory grades).  They are screened for past criminal activity by obtaining a local Police certificate and a certificate from the local Grama Sevaka Officer prior to recruitment.

Our security staff consists of officers who have served in the State Security Forces & Police, and others who meet and exceed the minimum standards set by the Government Security Manual.
