I was initially introduced to Vigilant by a friend of mine when I was inquiring about the security system at his place. With just one call, Chandima Dayanada visited my place. With a comprehensive study of the location and possible threats, they gave me a plan and discussed the possibilities in detail. I've been using this system for over 2 years now and I must say that the service from the team is professional. Even on troubleshooting, professionals like Gihan on the technical team respond and attend to you in no time. Vigilant uses reliable up to date technology. The owners are hands on and as a result the whole team steps up to a high level of efficiency and performance. Despite the current market situation they make every effort to provide an affordable service, with easy payment options etc., my house was burgled at which point I made a decision to go with Vigilant products. Until the system was running they provided me with a lot of free of charge support including night patrols! Four years down the line the team unfailingly responds to the triggered alarms. Despite them not having installed my original existing CCTV they are obliging about repairs and maintenance.

As a customer who is based overseas the staff at Vigilant provide 24 hour assurance to the security of my Colombo residence by monitoring perimeter alarms, CCTV and technical help for my equipment and immediate alerting of system arming and disarming .it difficult to highlight a specific instance but the highlight to me are the trained and committed staff who provide me peace of mind on a daily basis.

The team is so professional. If I have not turned my alarm on, they promptly call me. If I have any fault, the response is immediate. I am extremely pleased with the technical knowledge and service of the Vigilant Team.

Their response time is very good. They have also provided me a practical security alarm which gives us good protection, while not inconveniencing our lifestyle. We had a fire at home a fire at home a few months ago. The alarm system got triggered because the heat broke the windows. This triggered the response team, which arrived at home very quickly and went well above their call of duty to assist us to keep the fire under control until the fire brigade arrive...we are truly grateful for their prompt response and the actions they took to assist us. The team is well qualified and knows their trade very well. They also take quick and prompt action to overcome issues faced by customers.

Vigilant has an absolute prompt response by extremely courteous staff to centralized alarm monitoring and their system is good as having a battalion of securities around the house. 

Having Vigilant monitor our office security system, assures us that someone credible is looking into us. That assurance helps us a great deal as we don't have to spend time worrying about security issues in our building.
